The Mean Reds:

I got that from Breakfast At Tiffany's. One of my favorite movies of all time. By far.

Holly: You know those days you get the mean reds?
Paul: The mean reds. You mean like the blues?
Holly: No....The mean reds are horrible. Suddenly, you're afraid and you don't even know what you're afraid of...

Let's just say I suffered from the mean reds a lot when growing up.

Why?:

When I was 13, I saw a blog. I can't remember which one it was, but I was like "Damn, I needs me one 'a dem!" Basically, Geocities and Angelfire told me to go screw myself and they never worked. Plus, those damn pop-ups got to be a bitch and they were freezing my computer. Then when Sage told me about Blogger I got TMRs started there. The one you all know and love. But recently, I thought, "Hey, it's summer, you've got time. Ask Kate to host you!" So I did, and here I am!
